This tutorial will allow you publish a playlist to multiple screens simultaneously (with one click).

AVSignCloud allows you to group/bundle players together. Our Users often do it based on screens based on different franchise location, buildings, departments and even companies.

Go to the ‘Settings’ panel and then go to ‘Player Group’ tab.

Then, click on the ADD PLAYER GROUP button.

Give your group a name.

Then select the players you would like to add to this group. Then click ‘Save’.

Your group will now be available. To use it, go the ‘Playlist’ panel.

Click on the ATTACH button (paper-clip icon).

Click on PLAYER GROUPS tab.

Your player group will be there to attach to the playlist.

Click the checkbox and the playlist will be published to all screens in the selected group.
